Across fringe platforms like 4chan and Gab, users are spreading antisemitic claims and violent rhetoric, blaming the “deep state” and other shadowy forces for the attempt. #StagedAssassinationAttempt trended on X, gathering more than 25,000 posts. Conspiracies around deep state involvement, CIA programs like MKUltra, and antisemitic rhetoric have flourished, making their way into mainstream social media conversations.
