At Madrid’s “Catholics and Public Life” congress, Heritage President Kevin Roberts pushed the Christian nationalist vision behind Project 2025 while sidestepping the backlash that erupted after his defense of Tucker Carlson’s soft-ball interview with antisemite and white supremacist Nick Fuentes. The event gathered leading anti-LGBTQ+ and anti-woman figures from Europe and the Americas, highlighting a growing transnational network linking Heritage, Vox, ADF International, CitizenGO, and CEU University. As Roberts invoked the divisive conservative Catholic group Opus Dei and framed young men as the vanguard of a new Christendom, the gathering exemplified how anti-LGBTQ+ and anti-woman groups and Christian nationalists are forging close relationships across borders.

New from GPAHE: Mosque shootings and far-right avatar skins: Teens playing Roblox exposed to extremist content
A just released ITV News investigation from the UK, in collaboration with GPAHE, reveals that Roblox, the world’s most widely used gaming platform for children, contunues to host extremist material that evade its moderation policies and parental controls. The investigation documented mosque-shooting simulations, Patriot Front white supremacist slogans, and avatar skins linked to far-right extremist groups. The findings mirror a wider trend on the platform, where white supremacist groups — like the “The Blueshirts,” a teen-led formation modeled on Patriot Front — use Roblox’s user-generated experiences and in-game currency to stage digital protests, harass players, and circulate propaganda, sometimes targeting children as young as five. GPAHE warns that gaps in Roblox’s oversight are creating openings for extremist recruitment and radicalizing content in spaces that are supposed to be safe.
