Trump and His Election Denial Playbook, Trump Revives McCarthyism, and Extremism Amplified by IG and YT

New from GPAHE: Trump is Trying His Election Denial Playbook Again – Don’t Believe Him

Trump is once again using the election denial strategy that fueled the January 6 attack, recycling debunked claims of voter fraud, foreign interference, and noncitizen voting to undermine trust in U.S. elections. As his false narratives spread across extremist platforms, calls for violence quickly followed, making the consequences of this dangerous strategy even more severe ahead of the midterm elections.

Inside the Network Reshaping America Through Christian Nationalism – Sean Feucht and William Wolfe

GPAHE has launched a series of profiles examining key actors in American Christian nationalism in post–Project 2025 America. Christian nationalism is distinct from Christianity itself and mainstream churches have publicly rejected the movement as a distortion of the Christian faith. The figures profiled in this ongoing series are among the most influential voices advancing conservative Christian supremacist rule.

Sean Feucht transformed his worship ministry into a multimillion-dollar Christian nationalist empire with close ties to the Trump administration. As former insiders accuse him of financial misconduct and a major donor sues for fraud, Feucht continues to lead White House worship services and headline government-backed events.

William Wolfe has become a key architect of the Christian nationalist push inside the Southern Baptist Convention, the largest Protestant denomination in the United States. The former Trump official backed efforts to restrict women in ministry, and has worked to steer the 12.3 million-member denomination toward a hard-right agenda aligned with Project 2025 and Christian nationalist politics.

New from GPAHE: Trump’s Red Scare

The Trump administration is reviving McCarthy-era tactics, recasting political opponents as communist threats while attacking constitutionally protected speech, protest, and association. A recent State Department ministerial warned of a resurgence of far-left “political terrorism,” relying on outdated examples from the 1970s and misattributing recent attacks, to left-wing extremism, despite research showing the far right remains the deadliest domestic terrorist threat. Paired with a State Department report praising Cold War blacklists and portraying progressive groups as foreign agents, the administration is building a framework that treats dissent as extremism and raises alarms about the erosion of First Amendment rights.

Straight Arrow News: Which social media platforms act as ‘superspreaders’ of hate speech?

TikTok has taken more meaningful action against white nationalist Identitarian accounts, while YouTube and Instagram continue to serve as major amplifiers of “Great Replacement” content despite policies prohibiting hate speech. As Heidi Beirich, co-founder of GPAHE told Straight Arrow News, “This is an extremely dangerous conspiracy theory, because it’s behind many mass shootings. So you would think that, because of the connection to violence and racism, the platforms would de-platform [this content] under their terms of service.” Despite that, inconsistent enforcement has allowed the Great Replacement’s online reach to surge, raising urgent concerns about the role of major platforms in spreading extremist propaganda.
