The Trump administration is launching a nearly $5 million State Department program to fund organizations across Europe that promote anti-immigrant narratives, Christian nationalist rhetoric, and the defense of “Western civilizational heritage.” Framed as a free speech and democracy initiative, the grants mirror key themes of Project 2025, echo the white supremacist “Great Replacement” conspiracy, and could bolster far-right allies while raising concerns about U.S. interference in European politics.

After GPAHE exposed the Identitarian movement’s growing online network, TikTok removed dozens of white nationalist accounts promoting “remigration,” while YouTube and Meta left most of the movement’s posts and channels up. The uneven enforcement highlights how major platforms continue to amplify white nationalist rhetoric and other extremist narratives linked to real-world violence despite policies supposedly banning hateful content.
