After decades in the white supremacist movement—from the neo-Nazi National Alliance two decades ago to forming the Shieldwall Network—Roper is now recruiting families to move to an area in Arkansas, where they can build a white’s only community marked by militant training, burning swastikas, and openly advocating for the extinction of non-white people.
